Our values are the passion of each employee of our academy. We have taken both experienced coaches and beginners who want to grow, and they have become incredibly sought-after professionals who fall in love with the sport and give kids a new lease on life.

We do not divide people into strong and weak, everyone has opportunities and we see how to bring them out. We work on ourselves, we adapt our experience to the understanding of children, we structure our sports programmes and then we pass this experience on to the new generations of children in all the cities where the academy is based.

To give every child the opportunity to learn to play basketball and to love the sport. Over the years we have taught hundreds of children across Russia to play basketball, to love the game and to live through it.

Sport is not just about moving your body. Sport is an opportunity to become different, to become strong, to become capable, to become healthy, and most importantly, to become a person who can move mountains.

And our goal is to give this opportunity to new generations of children in every city where we operate.

Aleksei Roshkovskii

– Specialist in developing individual skills in basketball.

– Worked in Shenzhen, the most technologically advanced city in China. Coached junior basketball teams. He's worked with high level university players and has given master classes at different levels.

– An internationally educated as international fitness coach, as well as a retrained coach in basketball, sports, and physical education.

– Cities where Aleksei has worked are Vladivostok/Russia, Moscow/Russia, Harbin/China, and Shenzhen/China.

Training at our academy is all about working on different aspects of individual skills in kids' basketball. Dribbling, lay-ups, assists, crossovers, basketball IQ, theory, as well as mentoring and coaching.

Our academy's years of experience give us the ability to customize training plans for all ages of children. Your outcome is our concern. Come and we will definitely teach you how to play basketball!

Mentorship is an opportunity to teach a child not only sports. It is an opportunity to teach a child not to despair, to draw the right conclusions, to analyze and think, not to give up, always to move forward, to new achievements and victories.
